Simple formatting with plain text
You format notes by starting lines with a few characters, so pasted text works straight away.

Choosing a note style
Each style changes the paper, lines, colours and default font. Notebook and Graph paper suit study notes and working out, Legal pad suits meeting notes, Sticky note and Kraft paper suit short reminders, Blackboard gives a chalk look for teaching material, and Clean card is a neutral choice for sharing in documents or social posts. The paper, text, line, accent and background colours can all be changed, and handwriting, chalk, serif and typewriter fonts are included. To compare fonts first, use the font preview tool.
Long notes become several pages
There is no small limit on length: the editor accepts up to 500,000 characters. Long text flows onto extra A4-shaped pages, with the ruled lines drawn on each sheet and text lined up on them. How much fits depends on the settings. At the default page width of 720 and a font size of 26 with 1.5 line spacing, a page holds 22 lines, and wide pages, smaller fonts or tighter spacing fit more.
Exporting: PNG, PDF and copy
A single page downloads as one PNG. When there are several pages the PNG button downloads a ZIP with one image per page, and the PDF button puts every page into one document. The PDF pages are images of the notes, so text in the file cannot be selected or searched. Copy places the image on your clipboard so you can paste it into a chat or design tool. If the file is heavy, shrink it with the image compressor.
Practical uses
Students turn long summaries into revision sheets, teachers make blackboard-style handouts, and people share checklists or meeting notes as pictures that look the same on every device. Test your recall with the math and science quiz after you have made revision notes.
Your text is drawn in your browser and is not uploaded. Your draft is saved in your own browser storage, and Reset all clears it. Handwriting fonts are fetched from Google Fonts when you use them.
